The Sutherland Chamber of Commerce actively brings businesses and neighbors together to strengthen our vibrant community. Through engaging events, impactful fundraisers, and valuable partnerships, we invest directly in projects that enhance Sutherland as a fantastic place to live, work, and grow. Join us in making a difference!
Our Programs
Member promotion activities include Grand Openings and Ribbon Cuttings to help businesses amplify their social media presence and recognize members' achievements. We also offer annual scholarships for SHS seniors who are interested in pursuing a career in business. Join us for the Chamber Golf Tournament held on the Saturday before the 4th of July, followed by Kids Races that take place on the morning of the 4th at the Football Practice Field. Don’t miss our Community BBQ at Railroad Park at 11:00 a.m. on the 4th of July, along with the annual Makers Market Craft and Vendor Fair. We will also have a drawing for Thanksgiving turkeys, and you can enjoy the Christmas Parade of Lights later in the year. Additionally, we organize a Candidate’s Forum for local elections as needed and hold fundraisers aimed at improving our community.

We couldn't achieve our goals without the close partnership of the Village of Sutherland, which includes the Board of Trustees, the Village Clerk, and the Maintenance Department. They play a vital role in all of our events. By collaborating with the Village, we can significantly enhance our impact on the local business community.
